Deovulc TP 4-75 is an accelerator based on zinc dialkyldithiophosphate absorbed on a silica carrier. It is most effective for vulcanizates based on EPDM or diene rubber. It can also be used in combination with all common accelerators.



ADVANTAGES:
Deovulc TP 4-75 generates a short flow period and vulcanization time in diene rubber or EPDM. It has high solubility in rubber, easy to handle and incorporate, and is suitable for light color articles without staining or blooming. Deovulc TP 4-75 can be used as nitrosamine-free accelerator. Typical dosage is 1.5-4.0 phr.

APPLICATIONS:
Wide range of non-blooming EPDM articles made by extrusion or molding. It is used synergistically with secondary accelerators such as thiazoles or sulfenamides in EPDM or diene rubber.
 



 STORAGE AND HANDLING:
 Store in a cool, dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature: 25°C
Shelf Life is min. one year in the originally sealed package under the recommended storage conditions.
