K-KAT XK-635 Metal Complex

SB, SL Effective replacement for tin catalysts, with good balance of cure/pot life in 2K PU. Effective with MEKO blocked isocyanate. Good hydrolytic stability. TDSTDS  Sample

K-KAT XK-614 Metal Complex 0.25 - 1.0 SB, WB Most versatile. Effective in 2K WB and blocked isocyanate systems. Great hydrolytic stability. For use in polyol component.  TDS Sample
K-KAT 6212 Zirconium 0.3 - 2.0 SB, WB Selective catalyst for SB and WB 2K PU coatings. Sensitive to moisture, include in isocyanate component or as 3rd component.  TDS Sample
K-KAT XK-661 Metal Complex 0.25 - 1.0 SB, WB A novel non-tin catalyst recommended for 2K solvent based and 2K waterborne polyurethanes, as well as, for 1K blocked isocyanate systems. TDS  Sample 
Cast Elastomer 2K PU
K-KAT XK-604 Mixed Carboxylate 0.1 - 1.0 SB Very good gel profile in ambient cure 2K urethane elastomer systems. Alternative to mercury. TDS Sample
K-KAT XK-617 Mixed Carboxylate 0.1 - 1.0 SB Excellent gel profile. Slightly less selective than XK-604. TDS Sample
K-KAT XK-618 Mixed Carboxylate 0.1 - 1.0 SB Best gel profile compared to mercury, with induction period followed by snap cure. Best compatibility in 1,4-butanediol.  TDS Sample
