Zinc Free Processing Additives
DEOFLOW A	100°C	1.0	Mixture of fatty alcohols and fatty acid esters. Has good dispersing effects on fillers and improves the flow and extrusion properties of rubber compounds.
DEOFLOW AM	100°C	1.0	Modified version of Deoflow A with improved anti-blooming properties, preferably for non-polar elastomers.
DEOFLOW D	100°C	20.5	Mixture of fatty alcohols and fatty acid esters. Has good dispersing effects on fillers and improves the flow and extrusion properties of rubber compounds.
DEOFLOW S	105°C	4.5	calcium salts of saturated fatty acids and amides and acts as a lubricant and dispersing agent.
DEOFLOW Z	103°C	24.5	Modified calcium soap combined with fatty acid derivates and inorganic carrier.
DEOFLOW 821	65°C	1.0	Excellent mould release agent. Effective against mill sticking and shows a positive influence on flow and release properties in the injection moulding process.
DEOSOL H	58°C	20.0	Versatile processing additive compatible with many polymers. Improves dispersion of carbon black and light coloured fillers. The mixing process runs easier and the risk of scorch is reduced.
