The K-CORR® G series consists of synergistic rust and corrosion additives including zinc naphthenate based, zinc-naphthenate free, and ashless technologies. They provide superior low treat performance in systems utilized in industrial, automotive, and aerospace applications with exceptional thickener and additive compatibility.
NA-SUL® sulfonate inhibitors are effective rust inhibitors available in a variety of metal sulfonates with reserve alkalinity up to 50 TBN. NA-SUL technology is known globally for effective surface functionality and rust inhibition in high moisture and salt environments.
NA-LUBE® KR alkylated naphthalenes are available in a wide range of viscosities to provide formulating flexibility. They are effective as base oils and base oil modifiers and impart both thermal and themo-oxidative stability performance in greases. In addition, their balanced polarity can provide improved additive compatibility and may improve grease thickener yield during production of certain greases. NSF HX-1 grades are available for the production of H1 lubricants, detailed by FDA 21 CFR 178.3570.
NA-LUBE ® AW, EP, and FM additives work to prevent the leading causes of surface wear, extending equipment life and preventing critical failure. There are multiple modes of wear including abrasive, corrosive, fatigue, and sliding. These additives counter a wide range of wear modes over a variety system conditions. In addition, they provide synergistic performance improvement when used in combination. For optimal performance, K-CORR G products in combination with certain NA-LUBE products can provide synergistic anti-wear, high load, and lubricity performance.
Highly compatible HX-1 additive components and synthetic base stocks, with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 provide efficient, active performance in H1 lubricants and greases. These additives are suitable for use in performance H1 Lubricants intended for increased intervals and high-performance expectations in food industry.
