Production

Production Shift Engineer (Rotating) - King Industries is actively seeking to hire entry level chemical engineers with Co-Op or Internship experience. The role of the Production Shift Engineer requires candidates to have a strong academic background combined with the ability to manage personnel, maintain a positive safety climate, and meet production goals.

2nd or 3rd Shift Drummer - King Industries has an exciting entry level opportunity in our manufacturing department. In this position, you will assist in our manufacturing process by packaging products in 55-gallon drums. The role of the 2nd or 3rd Shift Drummer includes basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, and multiplication) as well as the ability to read and respond to written instructions.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and enjoy solving problems and developing/implementing process automation in a chemical processing plant environment.

Senior Process & Project Engineer - King Industries is actively seeking to hire a Senior Process & Project Engineer within our Engineering department. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor of Science or a master’s degree in Chemical engineering, as well as fifteen to twenty years of work experience in design, project, and process engineering in chemical plant operations and batch processing.

Research & Development

Senior Research Chemist - King Industries is actively seeking to hire a Senior Research Chemist. Ideal candidates should have an M.S. in Organic or Polymer Chemistry, as well as synthesis experience in an industrial setting.

Sales & Marketing

Technical Marketing Associate - King Industries is actively looking to hire a Technical Marketing Associate and Graphic Design within the Marketing department. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field, with 3-6 years of experience. Responsibilities will include supporting company’s marketing strategy through design and brand consistency, responsibility of creating content for use in print advertisements, brochures/flyers, websites, social media, emails, and more.

Environmental

Air Emission Environmental Engineer - King Industries is actively seeking to hire an Air Emission Environmental Engineer. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience. Candidates should also have a knowledge of Federal or State Environmental regulations including but not limited to Permit by Rule, RCT order compliance, RCRA, subparts BB and CC, etc.

Quality Control

Quality Control Chemist (Rotating) - King Industries is actively looking to hire a Quality Control (QC) Chemist (Rotating) within our Quality Control department. Ideal candidates should have or be pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, as well as a minimum of one year's experience in a chemical laboratory or equivalent. The candidate must have a familiarity with classic wet chemical and instrumental techniques and should be willing to rotate between three different shifts (2 months on 1st, 2 months on 2nd, and 2 months on 3rd).

Safety and Health

Industrial Hygienist - King Industries is actively seeking to hire an Industrial Hygienist within our Safety & Health Department. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or a related field, and should also have in-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, such as OSHA standards, EPA regulations, and local health and safety laws.

Shipping and Receiving 

Inventory Control Coordinator - King Industries has an exciting opportunity within our Shipping and Receiving department. Ideal candidates for this role should have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as one to two years of warehouse inventory experience. In this position, the Inventory Control Coordinator will assist with placing purchase requisitions, receiving orders, and managing inventories for indirect materials and consumables amongst other job functions.
