Warehouse Manager – King Industries is actively looking to hire a Warehouse Manager responsible for Inventory Control and Operations for our Norwalk, CT Warehouse. Ideal candidates should have experience in a related field that supports the needs of chemical manufacturing operations (logistics, supply chain management and/or business administration), as well as supervisory experience of employees and/or contractors.

Chemical Operator – The Chemical Operator will be responsible for managing batch operations within specific reactor buildings. This includes coordinating material transfers out of batch reactors and maintaining situational awareness of all building operations. The ideal candidate should have three or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment as well as be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

2nd or 3rd Shift Drummer – King Industries has an exciting entry level opportunity in our manufacturing department. In this position, you will assist in our manufacturing process by packaging products in 55-gallon drums. The role of the 2nd or 3rd Shift Drummer includes basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, and multiplication) as well as the ability to read and respond to written instructions. 

Material Handler – King Industries is actively seeking to hire a material handler to assist with transport of materials and equipment, assist with inventory and deliveries, and support shipping and receiving processes. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and prior tow motor operator experience (3 years preferred). 

Building Plant Process Engineer – King Industries, Inc. is actively seeking Building Plant Process Engineers to join our Engineering
Department. Ideal candidates will have a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and 0-2 years of professional experience in process engineering within chemical plant operations. This role is designed to prepare individuals for full Process Design Engineer duties.

Lubricant Additives Division Research & Development Chemist – King Industries is actively looking to hire a Research and Development Chemist within our Lubricant Additives Division. Ideal candidates should have a PhD in Chemistry as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in lab scale reactions, synthesis, and formulating as a research chemist.

Coatings Additives – Technical Sales – King Industries is actively looking to hire a Technical Sales specialist for our Coatings Additive Division. Ideal candidates should have BS or MS degree in Chemistry and experience in technical sales of coatings additives.

Lubricant Additives – Applications Chemist/Formulator – King Industries is actively looking to hire an Applications Chemist / Formulator to join the Technical Service and Development Department within our Lubricant Additives Division. The candidate should have a Bachelor of Science or a Master of Science degree in Chemistry, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial chemical laboratory as a chemist.

Electronic Instrument Technician – King Industries is actively seeking an experienced Electronic Instrument Technician. In this role, you will perform, repair and install control systems that include, level detectors, PH monitors, thermocouples, precision flow indicators, and pressure indicators.
