NA-LUBE EP-5415 is a unique, low odor, light colored sulfur carrier based on olefin/fatty oil chemistry with 14.5% by weight total sulfur content and 2.7% by weight active sulfur. It provides outstanding thermal and hydrolytic stability when compared to conventional low odor, light colored sulfur carriers. Because of its novel chemistry, NA-LUBE EP-5415 is well suited for machining non-ferrous metals. It provides excellent extreme pressure and antiwear properties when used in combination with appropriate antiwear additives in mineral oils and greases.
NA-LUBE EP-5415 is highly suitable for heavy duty drilling and cutting operations. It's unique chemistry gives it outstanding solubility in naphthenic oils and Group I & II base oils.
When used in combination with metal-containing or ashless phosphorus-type antiwear and lubricity additives, NA-LUBE EP-5415 is an outstanding alternative to chlorinated paraffins in metalworking fluids.
