Dispergum 40
Dispergum 40 is a zinc-free peptizer that is easily incorporated and dispersed in natural rubber and synthetic polymers.
ADVANTAGES:
Dispergum 40 is soluble in rubber and therefore it incorporates and disperses with ease. The duration of the mastication process is drastically reduced by the high efficient oxidation catalyst at low doses. Additional benefits in extrusion applications and injection molding can be obtained through a pre-mastication step and no viscosity drift is observed under storage.
Typical dosage is 0.1-1 phr.
