K-FLEX 171-90 is a chain extended version of K-FLEX 188. Although it is slower reacting in isocyanate crosslinked systems than K-FLEX 188, it offers longer pot life, improved adhesion and flexibility. Because of its lower hydroxyl number, K-FLEX 171-90 requires less crosslinker. K-FLEX 171-90 can also be used as a modifier of aminoplast crosslinked coatings, inks and adhesives to improve flexibility and adhesion.
