NA-LUBE KR-029FG is a higher viscosity alkylated naphthalene synthetic base stock for high performance lubricants offering outstanding solubility plus excellent hydrolytic and thermo-oxidative stability. It can be used as a solubility modifier in formulations blended with low polarity base oils or severely hydrotreated base stocks to enhance additive response.
The recommended treat level of NA-LUBE KR-029FG as a base oil modifier is between 10.0% and 30.0% depending on the application.
NA-LUBE KR-029FG can also be used as the major base fluid for high temperature applications requiring exceptional thermo-oxidative stability. It is highly recommended for high temperature applications where low volatility is critical.
It is HX-1 compliant with FDA 21 CFR up to 100% by weight (NSF Reg No. 141220) as needed to meet the desired performance specification.
